The DJISPN/PodcastForDJs team just got back from DJ Expo in Atlantic City! What a trip. First, we would like to welcome all of the new listeners we met there, as well as all of those who picked up our postcard from one of our sponsors like the American Disc Jockey Association, Denon DJ, QSC, DJ Event Planner, Mike Walter, & Sureglow. Thanks for checking us out!
We have some great content from DJ Expo airing soon on PodcastForDJs.com and the DJ Idea Sharing Podcast Network RSS and iTunes feeds… First, education and insanity insues as Jim Aldridge, Mike Fernino, and Steve the Producer record live on the way to DJ Expo. Experience the Road Rage with us. This one was a lot of fun! We recorded a couple “studio-style” sessions including a must listen with Jeffrey Craig of Total Entertainment. For all those who think you can’t make a living as a full time mobile DJ, you must listen to this! Jeff may give you some food for thought. We also conducted many interviews while roaming the show floor, including various manufacturers like M Audio and X-Laser (very cool!)and 2 special interviews we are particularly proud to bring you:

Due to the move to this new blog, we have had to make some adjustments.
All of the episodes prior to June, 2008 are temporarily unavailable via the iTunes, Zune, and RSS feeds. If you subscribe to the DJISPN via our iTunes, Zune or RSS feeds and want to access older episodes via the feed, this effects you. You will temporarily not be able to do so. All of our pre-June 2008 episodes are still available, however, in the old episode archive at www.djideasharing.com/podcast.html. If you listen via the website or are not currently trying to access older episodes via the feed, then please ignore this.
We are trying to make the adjustment where ALL episodes will become available on the new PodcastForDJs.com version of the feed. Currently, we cannot have both the old and new episodes co-existing on the same version of the feed.
We will be manually resubmitting episodes to the new blog and feed as time permits. We also plan to release improved versions of all of the older episodes to the new feed, as well. All of these episodes will appear corresponding to their original air dates, and will also precede all of these first few posts when the appear in this new blog.

Initially these costs came out of our own pockets for equipment, software, file hosting, etc. As we strive to improve this podcast network we continue to incur even more costs which have been added to the initial ones. This is the first post to our new podcast blog for the DJ Idea Sharing Podcast 
Network. This blog will include both audio podcasts and any related text posts. Any episodes posted after June 1st of 2008 will appear here. Older episodes (from February 2007 - April 2008) will remain at our older podcast archive until they can get integrated into this new blog. Registered listeners will be able to leave comments about any episodes or posts made in this blog. This blog will also be home for all of our show notes pertaining to every posted episode, including pertinent links and information included in the podcast.
PodcastForDJs.com and our new blog/podcast archive will be a continuous work in progress. Please be patient, as I will have many more changes and additional features coming shortly to enhance your listening experience.
